Are there any hidden charges?

When you purchase from magicdecor.com, there are NO hidden fees. All of the prices listed are final and all-inclusive. The price shown on the product page is the price you will pay.

Is there any COD available?

Due to internal policies, magicdecor.com does not offer a Cash On Delivery service.

How does store credit works?

Any available store credit in your account can be used to pay for wallpaper orders placed on magicdecor.com. Please keep in mind that store credit cannot be used to purchase sample orders.

Shipping Policies

magicdecor.com claims to offer free shipping throughout India. Every mural purchased is unique and printed on demand. Every order is treated as a custom order to ensure that the image quality, width-to-height ratio, and material quality meet your specifications.

magicdecor.com is committed to delivering your order in good condition and within the time frame specified. Except for Sundays and public holidays, we ship seven days a week. We only ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order arrives in good condition and on time. If a priority courier service is not available in your area, we will ship your items through one of our regular shipping partners.

How is the delivery charge for multiple units calculated?

Each product’s shipping cost is specified separately. When multiple products are ordered, the program totals all individual shipping charges. Thus, if a customer orders three products, the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product is charged. When a customer orders multiple products, the delivery fee is calculated separately.

Our prices include everything. All taxes are included in the list prices if applicable in your region. There will be an additional shipping charge.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Orders are processed within three working days or by the delivery date specified by you when you place your order. The majority of orders are delivered within 7 to 8 business days. All orders will be delivered to the address specified by you when you placed your order.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If you believe you received the product in poor condition, or if the packaging was tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Please also email us at support@magicdecor.com or click here to contact us. We will personally see to it that you receive a brand-new replacement at no extra charge. When returning a product, please ensure that the original product tag and packaging are still intact.
